Inauguration of the Foundation Course for the First Batch 2021 - 22 MBBS Students of Swamy Vivekanandha Medical College Hospital And Research Institute was held at Vivekananda Auditorium on 14-03-2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The inauguration was presided over by our Honorable Chairman “Vidhya Rathna” Professor Dr. M. Karunanithi, B.Pharm., M.S., Ph.D. The buddy Doctors accompanied by their Parents were received with warm welcome by the reception committee on their arrival.

The function began with the prayer song followed by welcoming the dignitaries and gatherings by Dean Professor Dr. A. Edwin Joe, MD., BL., The Madam Chairman Mrs. Krishnaveni Karunanithi, M.A., and dignitaries lighten the kuthu vilakku to symbolise the inauguration of the Foundation Course. Respected Medical Director Professor Dr. K. Prakasam, MS (Ortho)., D.Ortho., D.sc(Hons)., introduced our beloved Chairman and Secretary, Vivekananda Educational Institutions for Women to the Audience. The Honorable Chairman during his presidential address extended his greetings to the Students and thanked the Parents for opting this College.
